The Opportunities:

Bronze Level Sponsor - $250.00
Listed on website as a sponsor for 1 year; listed in our newsletter as a sponsor for 1 year; acknowledgement of your business at halftime of each home football game when an announcer is present as well as our Pep Rally/Homecoming, and shout outs on our social media.

Silver Level Sponsor - $500.00
In addition to the Bronze Level Sponsor items, we will also display a company banner (if provided) at all of our events and your business will be recognized by providing a local underprivileged youth, a one year scholarship to participate as a Prince Frederick Eagle in the sport that he/she selects. Also you will receive an Organization Photo Plaque and handwritten thank you card to display at your business at the end of the season.

Gold Level Sponsor - $1,000.00
In addition to the Bronze and Silver Level Sponsor Items, your business will be recognized by providing 2 local underprivileged youth(s), a one year scholarship to participate as a Prince Frederick Eagle in the sport that he/she selects.

Platinum Level Sponsor - $5,000.00
In addition to Bronze, Silver, and Gold, sponsor will enjoy additional perks.  Please contact our President to discuss arrangements.

Throughout the year, opportunities arise in which the Prince Frederick Eagles partners with businesses in the community to mutually benefit each other.

Our Message:

The Prince Frederick Eagles Youth Organization - a non-profit community service - has been serving the youth of southern Maryland for over 40 years.  Our organization is solely funded by registration fees, fundraisers, and community donations.  

We currently have over 75 volunteers who commit their time and talents to deliver successful programs to our youth.  Our goals and message of preparing our youth for the future through the vehicle of sports continues to strengthen and improve year after year.

We teach the fundamentals of football, cheerleading, and lacrosse in a safe environment while striving to instill the values of the education and academic achievements, sportsmanship, and physical fitness.  The participants develop  skills in self-discipline, teamwork, leadership, and friendship.  These values and skills will last long after their participation with the Prince Frederick Eagles.

Our results are proven through the smiles and development - on and off the field - of the children currently the program, the past members excelling in school and sports in years following, and several athletes of yesteryear now giving back to the community as coaches and volunteers.

These year in and year out results are a direct reflection of the community's financial commitment and sponsorship involvement - and could not be done without.  Thank you very much.

Last year, we had about 500 athletes participating throughout the program.  Participants are asked to pay a registration fee, however being a nonprofit organization focusing on serving the community, we strive to minimize the burden on families making the opportunity attractive to any child regardless of financial situation - as well as position ourselves to assist those facing financial burdens.   To do so, we seek to supplement several infrastructure costs, i.e. leagues fees, equipment, and insurance, via fundraising and community sponsorsships.

If your business would like to financially support to the Prince Frederick Eagles Youth Organization, please review the above opportunities in which your business can make a difference in the lives of the boys and girls of our community.  Your donation, large or small, helps to ensure continuing the great tradition of the Prince Frederick Eagles youth organization and all of the unique activities that enrich the program.

Please be advised that the Prince Frederick Eagles Youth Organization maintains IRS 501(c) (3) status, so your donation will be tax deductible.   Your tax deductible donation will be acknowledge by a thank you card / receipt delivered to you via mail.
